Ufuoma Adasen is a Vice President within the Heavy Industries, Telecoms, and Technology team at the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC) where he currently leads the origination,  structuring and execution of various large scale manufacturing transactions across multiple sub-sectors including but not limited to cement, refineries and petrochemicals, chemicals, and fertilizers, etc.

Over the last fourteen years at the AFC, he has been actively involved in and led the origination, structuring, and execution of various multi-billion- dollar financings across other sectors, including natural resources and power.

He is a banking and financial services professional with 21 years’ experience cutting across treasury, financial advisory, project and corporate finance. Prior to AFC, he worked at Calag Capital Ltd, Vetiva Capita Ltd,  and First Atlantic Bank Plc.

Ufuoma is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK and holds an MA in Strategic Financial Management from Sheffield Hallam University, UK.
